Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wfm (“works for me”), operated by Corner Pocket Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”), available at wfm.bot. By using wfm you agree to them.

The service

wfm lets one person create a scheduling link and another person book a time from it. When a booking is made, we create a calendar event on the organizer's connected calendar and the calendar provider sends the invitation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide (meeting titles, notes, email addresses). Don't use wfm to spam, harass, impersonate others, or do anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Calendar access

Calendar permissions are granted by you, through your calendar provider, and can be revoked at any time. Our use of calendar data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

wfm is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that suggested times are conflict-free or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for confirming the meetings you book.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corner Pocket Holdings LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of wfm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using wfm at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Corner Pocket Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
